Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.

I had scheduled a repair with another company but they turned out to be not professional or prepared to fix my door. I found Precision on the web and set up an appointment for the next day. This company provides truly amazing very high quality skilled service. Our repairs were done by Nick and Kevin. They were very knowledgeable and clearly understand the importance of timely repairs to garage doors that don't work. They arrived in the time frame given and had all the parts and equipment need to do the repair work. They repaired our broken garage door rail, and programmed a new garage door opener for us.

Service call was originally placed to repair broken door spring. After Technician, Nick Zatkoff, inspected my door, there was a few other repairs that he suggested to make. Nick was very thorough with his work and took care of my garage door and had it back up and running in a short period of time. Great Job !

We desperately needed three garage doors. We visited precision garage company at the home show and was impressed with their product. The guys made it very easy for us to see and learn about their product. Within a few days of initially talking to them at the home show they came to our home to measure. They showed up promptly on scheduled day and time. Once they knew we were completely aware of what we were buying our order was placed. It only took a few weeks for them to have our order ready to install. The installers, nicholas and josh arrived promptly and began working. They worked non-stop on Taking out our old door and replacing the new. They answered every question I asked in a professional manner. They were extremely polite and left no mess at my home. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful and run so quietly I have to look a second time to make sure I actually raised the door. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants high quality, reasonable priced garage doors and exceptional customer service. There is no pressure to purchase from this company which I truly appreciated.

We needed a full replacement as our door, spring, motor, rails everything was 30+ years old. Everyone was here when they had been scheduled to come. They would call beforehand to make sure I was at home, answer any and all questions I had. Once we went ahead and ordered the door, Justin our installer called before he came, set up quickly and got straight to work. He told me it would take about 2.5 hours to tear out and install the new system. He was right on the nose with the estimate of time. Walked me through what he had done and a part on our garage floor that needed attention to make a better seal. He was quick, clean, and courteous of our home. I would recommend them over and again because no one tried to oversell me on anything, gave me as many discounts as we qualified for and were just did everything as we asked and performed as expected!

He identified multiple areas on my garage door assembly that needed attention, and explained what was wrong with them and why I would need to eventually get them fixed/replaced. I could not be happier with the installation of 4 new garage doors and door openers. Josh, the technician, was outstanding in going about the removal of our old doors and the installation of our new ones. Josh made sure that each door was fit with precision ( no pun intended). He helped me set up the internet feature for each opener. His cleanup left the garage cleaner than he found it. I am so pleased that we contracted with Precision Door.

Had an emergency garage door repair and precision came out the same day. Most service technicians will give a time window for when to be expected, in this case it was from 2 to 4. Mike arrived right after 2 and gave me a call to give me a heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door is fixed!
