I was very pleased with my experience with Precision. From the courtesy of the individual who answered my phone call right down to the wonderful two young men who came to my rescue. If I could, I would give you 10 stars. I was extremely grateful that my garage was repaired in one afternoon, considering that I made the initial phone call after 12:00 noon. Kevin and the young man who assisted were courteous and helpful and determined to solve the problem with the door. It will be necessary to purchase a new door a little bit down the road, but there will need to be repair done to my garage floor before that will be possible. I will most definitely be calling on Precision when that day comes. Many times, an elderly woman can be taken advantage of by unscrupulous people, and it restores my faith to be treated with such respect and kindness shown to me by Kevin and his partner. Your company is very fortunate to have these two young men representing you. I chose Precision because I was impressed by your web site, promising a human being would answer the phone and your presence in Madison County. Good job.

it took 90 days to get my garage door installed. it was mis measured. one of the panals was damaged.they had to order a narrower door panal to make the door look right, the second tech had to readjust everything the first tech did. not very happy with the overall installation. would like to see some free pm service for a year at least for my trouble. for doing only garage doors, very poor service

We were having difficulties with our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician within 3 hours. Upon arrival the technician inspected the opener and the door. He informed us of the issues with both and offered several options to resolve the issue. The work was completed at that time in a timely and professional manner. The quality of service, product and personnel was excellent. Garage door broke in am. Went up, but wouldn't come down. Called Precision, they sent someone out that am. Cable broke on one side, but had other issues as well, due to it's age. Ryan did an excellent job. Not pushing. Just gave us options, and allowed us to choose freely. He pointed out issues that needed immediate attention; recommended items that should be tended to now or in the near future due to the age of the door; and optional items if wanted an upgrade. Personnel on the phone were friendly; same morning service; and excellent service on the garage door. I would recommend Precision to my personal friends if they need their door fixed. Thank-you. This was a painless experience for us.

From my chat online to schedule for a next day repair, the communication from Precision Door Service, the knowledge and Professionalism of James was REMARKABLE! Will be recommending James and Precision to EVERYONE I come across that needs Garage door services! James gave me all of my options and recommendations with NO pressure. Luckily with all of his Knowledge and Expertise he explained EVERYTHING. We chose the HIGH FREQUENCY Springs as replacements since we use our garage door for Everything. Also upgraded to Nylon rollers with SEALED bearings. Also a few other parts that I believe should have been part of our door installation from ANOTHER company 4 years ago. Thank you James! When I called, the scheduler immediately got me on the schedule that same day which was great. Ben called when he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he indicated. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He repaired the broken spring as well as some other components that were going bad. It wasn't long before he had things back up and running. He did a great job and I would call Precision again in the future.
