I want to let you know how much I appreciate your tech James coming in the evening and fixixg my door. He was very polite and worked at a fast pace to get the change over completed to torsion spring. He adjusted the door closer and now it closes very well.

It was very nice when I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day! I really appreciate the courtesy shown by Kevin, the technician, by calling and letting me know when in the appointment window he expected to be at my house. That same courtesy was shown by doing a complete inspection of all parts before giving an estimate of repairs needed and getting my approval before beginning any work. I understood exactly what we were paying for and why. I am very pleased that in addition to working again, my doors are much quieter than they were before! Thank you Precision!

When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!

Mike was very professional and on time. He replaced the torsion springs on my door and identified some excessive wear on the bearings for the door. He thoroughly explained everything to me to make sure I understood and quickly and easily replaced what was needed getting everything back up and running. Very happy with Precision and Mike and would not hesitate to reach out again and recommend them.

My garage door sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard when it went up or down. The technician replaced several parts including the rollers, cables, and light sockets in the opener piece in addition to the spring that was purchased. I used it for a couple days and was at first looking back through my car window to see whether the door was actually working (because I could not hear the loud shrieking sound as before!) And yes, the door was operating as it should, quietly and smoothly. My neighbors are so happy now!
