I chose Precision due to your excellent ratings on Angie's List. My garage door was a little lopsided and not operating smoothly, and needed a new weather seal. Service technician Josh Brewer arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem: many of the parts (rollers, pulleys, etc.) were old and worn. Because the old springs no longer comply with code, he needed to retrofit a lot of materials. He gave me a choice of 3 alternatives, and I selected the moderately expensive one. He had the materials on his truck and installed them efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good communication; very professional. The door works good as new now.

Incredibly fast turnaround! I called at 6:30 AM and they had someone out by Noon. Mike Felton was fantastic. Kevin came over and did a great job repairing and rebuilding my builder grade opener that had a failure. He was fast with the work. Was very concise with explaining what my options were and what the pros/cons were of each. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Their pricing was fair and comparable to other companies providing the same services.

Mike, our Precision garage door service tech, was friendly and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were having with our old garage door system. He then did an evaluation and showed us where he believed the problems lay. After reviewing the repair options with us and allowing us time to privately discuss them, he went to work on the option we selected and had the job wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all our questions were answered and we knew how to operate the new openers. Can't believe how much quieter the new opener he installed is!

Eric G. was the technician who inspected and repaiedr my garaged door. He arrived early within time designated. He inspected the door, pointed out issues that should be addressed. He fully explained what would be done, why and what parts were necessary. He followed through with work agreed on. The work done was professional and finished within reasonable time. Eric approached his work with complete confidence that he knew what should be done and how it would be accomplish. After work was completed, he explained in a clear and detail. manner. The opener stopped working. Our grandkids were over and apparently stepped on some wires that we did not notice. We called at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and they sent Nick to fix the problem. He was at our home within a hour and diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the service as well as the amount charged.

We were very happy with the work done by Andrew of Precision Doors. This is the second time he has done repairs for us — the first time the garage door needed repairs, and this time we needed a new garage door opener. Both times he did a clean, high-quality job, leaving the garage door and opener in better shape than when the house was new. We were particularly pleased that Andrew made some changes to the supports of the garage door opener so the new one is much more firmly attached than the original one that came with the house. We would not hesitate to refer Precision Doors to our friends and family.

One hour. One hour out garage door worked. One hour it didn’t. Made a phone call to Precision and a tech (Paul) was here less than an hour later. I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional.
