5 STARS!! I bought a new door from these folks a few months ago for a home we just sold. Price was best of 3 quotes. Installation was the next business day. Install was performed by Terrence Cotton and he was really detailed with regards to testing and adjusting. Took his time showing me how everything worked. Just bought a 2nd door for my home in Franklin

I had troubles with a garage door opener and an old troublesome door as well. Mike and Drew did a great job explaining the specific problems with both cases. I decided to buy a new door and opener with their honest assistance explaining the options I had. The door I chose had a 4 week backorder; they went an extra mile to repair both items adding safety features I hadn't had before to ensure I could use the old door until the new door arrived. I looked on the Angie's List site for businesses that performed what I needed; a new spring for my garage door. I called the number at the top of the list, it had the most reviews. After explaining what I needed, the lady said she scheduled a technician to come between 12 and 3:00. In less than 20 minutes I received a call and the technician said he would be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 15. My situation was a bit bit extreme in that the actual door is clad with decorative wood which adds to the weight. For brevity, I'm not going to describe all that needed to be done. Technician installed new springs that would do the job and completed the task in good time. He did a great job on a difficult problem.

Nick Zatkoff (and his assistant Ryan) came to check our garage door problem. We hired him to replace our opener and repair some needed maintenance on the door, hinges, etc. He was OUTSTANDING! He explained the work thoroughly and never pressured us to make any purchases. He fixed the door and replaced the opener while he was here. He communicated everything with us before he started. He was polite and knowledgeable about the work he did. We have already recommended him to friends and will, without a doubt, call this company back whenever needed.

I chose Precision due to your excellent ratings on Angie's List. My garage door was a little lopsided and not operating smoothly, and needed a new weather seal. Service technician Josh Brewer arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem: many of the parts (rollers, pulleys, etc.) were old and worn. Because the old springs no longer comply with code, he needed to retrofit a lot of materials. He gave me a choice of 3 alternatives, and I selected the moderately expensive one. He had the materials on his truck and installed them efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good communication; very professional. The door works good as new now.
