My Precision technician James arrived when he said he would, quickly assessed the situation with my garage, made recommendations and provided rationale for those recommendations. He was courteous, polite, and answered all of my questions. He provided options, gave me information about each so I could make an informative decision, and agreed to make the changes I requested without a hard sell. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable. We will definitely use Precision in the future do their great customer service!

Our technician, James, was on time and very polite. He explained all of the options available to us and was patient with my questions. He also understood that I needed to discuss with my husband, who wasn't home at the time, before any decisions were made. He wasn’t bothered by our girls or our dogs who were very curious about the work being done in the garage. Thank you for your prompt service and being available on the Saturday before Easter at no additional charge!

I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.

I took my new toy, 1965 Ford 4400, and drove it out the door forgetting about the oversized tires. Bend up bottom rail significantly. Tyler came in the scheduled time and fixed the door at a reasonable price.
