Ben the repair tech showed up right on schedule and recommended some cost saving solutions due to wear and tear on my garage door opener that made the most sense. overhaul of old parts only took an hour and a half and the garage door opens like it was new again, thx for the prompt and professional service would highly recommend Precision to all my friends and Family.

I believe the repairman's name was Vladimir . He was punctual, courteous and I was very impressed with his knowledge and options clearly defined. Repair only took a few hours or less and it besides everything working there wasn't any sign he'd even been there. Meaning no mess.

I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

We had our springs replaced by Precision last spring/summer and we were very satisfied with the service performed and that is why we called for service this time. Eric was prompt and courteous. Explained what needed repaired and made the repair quickly. Very satisfied with his service!!

Nick and Kevin were awesome. Showed up on time. Very presentable and communicative. After showing them the door and what had broken, they very quickly diagnosed all the issues and explained every step along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. I just recently purchased our home when one of the springs on the garage door broke. Vladimir was our service agent. He was very courteous, professional. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly. Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with! Thanks Precision!

Nick Zatkoff was great. He showed up during the time frame that the office told me. Nick inspected our garage door and how it was operating. Advised me on what he recommended be done. He showed me the options and discussed the benefits. After we decided what was to be done, he got right to work. He installed new springs, drums, cables, rollers and keypad He was very professional and quick with the repairs. He even remounted the door opener to be more secure. Thanks again.

Rocky start because I did not see what I considered a “diagnostics” on my issue. Made a call and talked to manager who was tolerant in my concern and conversation.
