I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.

I took my new toy, 1965 Ford 4400, and drove it out the door forgetting about the oversized tires. Bend up bottom rail significantly. Tyler came in the scheduled time and fixed the door at a reasonable price.

Repairman was polite and professional and fixed the issue we called about. He also gave us a couple of options to fix additional items that our older garage door needed which we declined because of cost. My one complaint was that our invoice contained a $15.00 fuel surcharge plus a service charge. We live in the Indianapolis metro area and found that charge to be a ripoff especially since we were not informed of this when we set the appointment, only told of the service charge.

WE have had a lot of garage door work done...3 garage doors.....So issues do arise. Today Nick came out and fixed 3 small issues on 2 of the doors. I called Saturday morning regarding a broken spring and a very pleasant voice answered setting up an appointment that afternoon from 4-6 pm. I received a call before 2 pm that an earlier time from 2-4 pm was available and I said yes. About 10 minutes later I got a call and the technician would arrive in 10 minutes. Ben Heflin arrived and introduced himself. Ben evaluated the situation and checked several options for the best deal for me and I said go ahead with the PDS overhaul. Ben conducted him self with true professionalism. He made a complete inspection of all components and asked if I had any questions and I relied no. He cleaned up all the replaced parts and finished the contract. I am completely satisfied with the quick response as well as Bens knowledge and expertise. Thank You
