From the time I called and spoke to a real person to set up a same day appointment all the way to my technician Andrew immediately setting me at ease with his professionalism and calm demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options without emphasizing any of them. I truly felt in control of my service and repair. He went above and beyond today by making sure my door was safe to use before he left. I'm so glad I called Precision and not any other company.
