Andrew was very courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done on top of the spring replacement. I totally appreciated him coming out so late on a Friday night. I will be honest, you were not my first choice (had used another company in the past). I called them and it wasn't until Monday before they could get to me. Josh was professional and friendly. Arrived during the prearranged time frame and completed the job within 2 hours. I didn't expect to buy a new garage door opener but the old one was AT LEAST 17 yrs old and Josh explained why it couldn't be repaired.
