He showed me exactly what was wrong, and made the repair quickly. In addition, he showed me other needed repairs, and gave his professional opinion, but was not pushy or aggressive that I have the repairs made that day. He was understanding of my situation, and made me feel comfortable with my choice. As a manager myself, I know it is very rare to find individuals of this caliber, and Precision is lucky to have Mike representing the company. I requested an appointment online for something in the upcoming week in the evening. My situation was not an emergency but needed something done soon. I received a response very quickly and my appt. was scheduled for 2 days later. Perfect!! Our technician, Jeremy, arrived a little early and was able to get started. He gave us a few different options to consider after evaluating everything and explained the pros and cons to each option. I did not feel pressured towards any of the options and they did not try to sell me a new door as that is not what I needed. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I chose the option that was best for our situation (complete door overhaul) and he had all of the parts required to complete the job right then. That was so much more convenient than having to schedule another appointment. There are discount coupons on the site that are easy to use. Check out and payment was easy and efficient. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, maintenance, or replacement. Great job!!
