This was my first experience with Precision and by accident as I was originally trying to call a different provider but lost my place in the add listings on the internet when I called for the appointment. Certainly not disappointed that happened. The Technician that arrived was great. His general demeanor, technical knowledge, and workmanship more than met my expectation. As an Engineer, I'm not a garage door expert but I can appreciate the mechanics of the system and thought Eric's assessment was spot on. I told Eric I had another garage door needing some work in the near future and would definitely be calling Precision again and plan to request him by name. Thanks Eric! You did a great job in my book.

The spring suddenly broke on one of our garage doors. We couldn't get the car out, so found Precision on the internet and gave them a call. This was on a Sunday and Joel was there by evening. He was quick, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Considering the day of the week, the price seemed reasonable. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks Joel.

It appears to be a good, quality job. One thing I didn't understand. The technician called me asking whether to fix or replace the door opener. (My wife was at home but I had asked when I made the appointment for them to call me at work for what needed to be done.) I asked him what was the cause for the gear failure and he had not looked at the rest of the door to give me a complete picture of what was needed. He didn't call me any more after that. I told you when I made the appointment I was both a senior and a veteran and asked about the 5% discount in your advertisement. Did the PDS Overhaul price charged include the 5% discount on the parts? It was not itemized. Again, the job looks great and my wife said he seemed to know what he was doing. That is great.

Hello Sorry I don't remember the technician name but he was friendly very helpful with all my questions that I asked. Didn't even have a problem with me hanging around to watch him work. Would recommend you guys to all my friends. Wife is happy so I'm very happy. :) Replaced the springs, pulleys, cable, and rollers. Took him about one hour and half. Great guy. Thanks again.

I called Precision when the spring broke on my 25 year old garage door. The complete experience was what you hope for if you have a needed repair. Quick scheduling, telephone call before arriving as promised, well trained technician, an understanding of the cost before repair, and a review of what was done.... and a working door. 5 1/2 stars.
