Was disappointed initially when the appt got rescheduled from Friday evening. Thank you for sending Eric, who arrived early on a freezing cold Saturday morning as promised. It was worthwhile. Eric was professional, courteous, skillful with his prompt assessment of the problem of my garage door, then completed the job with a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. We are very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. We found PGD from their website when we were planning to replace our aging garage doors. We used the online selection tool to narrow down our selection. My wife then contacted your office and the phone was answered promptly by a real person--rather than complicated answering machine. Once we were close to a decision a sales person came out to measure and quote our installation. We had a written quote later the same day. We had some questions about some of the panel and glass options. We were able to see the various options in your showroom where we selected the options that worked the best for our installation. We placed our order and had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive. Once they arrived the installation was scheduled and the installation occurred on the day it was promised. Our new doors work so much better than the ones we replaced. All of the people we interacted with at Precision Garge Door were knowledgable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Professional Garage Door to anyone wanting replace their current garage doors or needing to service their existing garage doors. They worked very hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our new garage doors. The key things I like about Precision Garage Door are: 1. They answer their phone! 2. Marquis was very good! He explained everything to me. He showed the parts and explained which were critical to get addressed soon. He also showed me other parts and estimated how much life they may still have. There was zero pressure to do anything. But, we went with the full repair (springs, rollers, cables, and more). It all works beautifully now. With incoming weather we are so thankful that this has all been improved.

First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup.
