We received service from Isaac W he was very informative and pleasant. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. This was the first time ever needing service for our garage door and he made us feel comfortable and at ease of having a wonderful, competent, and down to earth technician. We will definitely return to Precision Garage again he represented your company fabulous. Honestly I hope he stays because the employees is what makes a company stand out and Isaac did that for Precision. Thank you Isaac for solving our springs issue and giving us details about our other services that might arise in the future on Saturday 5/16/25!!!!!!

I got the name from a neighbor. I did not know what to expect. The technician explained all that was involved with the motor and why it should be replaced and then what I could do to make it more efficient. We do have a lot of surges in this area and I was thrilled that I could get a surge protector. The technician and his new follower were terrific to work with. They are above everyone in the service industry as far as I'm concerned.

Precision replaced a defective opener with a very quiet one for us in the past, so we called them again when the other garage door opener was acting erratically. The primary problem turned out to be a broken spring and worn out bearing, not the opener. Orlando was efficient and paid attention to little things that made a difference in how the door works. He also lubed the rollers on the other garage door as a courtesy. I called at 1:30pm and they were out the next day. It was not an emergency, so next-day service was great!
