I called them last night because my garage door was broje. They sent me a technician named Drew who came out the next morning. He was amazing. Super friendly, fast and always kept me posted on what was going on. Him and this company... just amazing! Thank you for everything!

Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

We used Precision for a garage door repair three years ago. We had a great experience and knew exactly who to call when we heard a popping noise when operating our garage door. Nick was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a solution. Our garage door was quickly back to operating correctly.

Ryan, the service technician, was excellent at his trade, and with customer service. I highly recommend these people for installation, service, and repair of garage doors. I have used them for several years and have never been disappointed. They are extremely professional and friendly. I don’t think you could go wrong using precision garage door company.

I called Precision Garage Door Service after watching their commercials promising quick service. They did not disappoint. The technician, Eric Gellenbeck, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and had my garage doors working great within a very short time. I was also impressed by the amount of repair parts carried on their trucks, no waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trip to install.

Josh B was an excellent Service Technician!! Polite, courteous, professional & very knowledgeable of the job. Josh was very detailed in explaining the issues that was going on with my garage door & the best way to repair it so the issue doesn't arise again no way soon. He did not try to up sell me in any fashion but gave opinions for me to choose which route I wanted to take to repair it. We are beyond thrilled with the service we received from Teddy this past Saturday. My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. Teddy was very helpful, knowledgeable and so great to work with. He had us fixed and back in business within an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with our service from him. He’s a great guy!

I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

I looked at the ratings and it was all 5 stars. I am recently widowed and trying to figure out how to take care of our home of 23 yrs. It seems this the year everything seems to start breaking. I called Precision and they had someone that was able to come out and help me within a 2 hour window, which was such a blessing to me. Austin showed up and was so kind and helpful. I trusted him and knew he wouldn’t try to over charge me just because I was a woman living alone. He fixed my door and the charge was acceptable. He went over and beyond and helped me with the problem I had. I am a customer now forever. Thanks so much for you quick action and taking care of my problem. You guys rock

Hi…. I choose Precision Garage door while looking through google and noticed I could set my own hours to book a time that is convenient for me.. I placed my appointment my self and asked for hours between 10a-12p gave my cell phone info for a next day service, and “BOOM”, customer service called me to confirm my service just like that! I was impressed! By the way I did call AHS and they referred me to someone who I had to wait several days for him to come out. ( both of my vehicles were still and my garage for 2 days since Thursday and Friday , and maybe Monday! ???????? You guys are awesome with fixing my problem within 12 hours from me setting my appointment! Your service deems professional at the highest and I appreciate that! ????????????????

From the minute I contacted Precision Garage Door on line everything went fine. I made an online appointment for the next day. It was promptly confirmed and the technician came on time the next morning. He did his inspection and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was smart, professional, kind, and friendly. RJ was simply great. To deal with a young man of his kind makes you hopeful about the future of America.
