Excellent Service with a Minor Oversight: I had a truly positive experience with Precision! I was able to schedule my appointment online, and a repair technician arrived at my house within a couple of hours. He quickly assessed the issue and offered a couple of great solutions. I really appreciated that he provided all the necessary information, allowing me to choose the best option for my situation without any pressure, even though one solution was significantly more expensive. The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently, and I'm quite happy with the results. My only minor concern was that when the wiring from the old garage door sensors was removed, the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it could have been. I found several wire staples on my garage floor, and unfortunately, I stepped on one. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs for their garage door or opener.

Joey was my technician and he did an EXCELLENT job of fixing what needed to be done and answering my questions about other items I would like to have done in the near future. I found company on line. It said call today and we’ll be there in 4 hours. So, I called. The lady I talked to was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. She gave me a window for the tech to arrive. He was on time. Early in the window in fact. He also contacted me about 30min before arrival. I had a broken spring on an 8 year old door. Colin K was the tech. Very pleasant, informative, and did an excellent job. He installed new upgraded springs (2), shaft bearings and rollers. The door now works great. I would recommend your company and will use you again if needed. Thank you

Service Tech Kevin U. was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I knew my garage door and opener were both old and I was prepared to replace them, but Kevin took his time to explain all my options, including the possibilities to just repair my existing setup and not replace them. In the end his information was very helpful and I did end deciding to go ahead and replace the whole setup, but never felt that I was pressured into doing so. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Technician Colin arrived exactly at the requested time. After his garage door investigation, he recommended what needed to be done. He replaced 2 tension springs,3 bearings, lubricated all moving parts, fine tuned garage door in less than an hour. Then he gave me a discount, explained to me everything that he had done, and left 90 minutes after his arrival. Technician Colin is very knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I will request him again if needed.

I called Precision at 9:30 pm & the repair was underway at 8:30 am the next morning. Scheduling was easy & the service was very prompt. Drew was great! He arrived on time and was professional. He explained the process, his findings, and repair options clearly. He offered tips & advice to both maintain & prolong the life of my garage door. He is knowledgeable about replacement options, but did not pressure me into replacement.

From initial phone contact and scheduling to completion every step was thoroughly explained and inspired confidence. The initial intake and scheduling communication was helpful and superior to competitor inquiries. Communication was good when an opening allowed an earlier service time. Teddy arrived and explained every step to my wife initially and then consulted with me over the phone. 3 option quotations were provided and explained at various price points. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently during the same visit from in stock parts on the service truck. We will make a point to return to this company for any future service needs. In less than 2.5 hours from the initial call our garage door springs were replaced and we were operating normally again.

I called Precision because after a year since installation the door wouldn’t close. It kept popping back up after the button was hit. I thought it was the eyes, but Drew came out and discovered the problem. Quick and easy process and he went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before he left. This is my second home I’ve used Precision for my new garage door and all service will continue to be provided by them.
