Mike did an excellent job diagnosing a problem with our garage door, and replacing trim around the door openings and installing two new openers. He was prompt, very friendly, and did very good and meticulous work. We would highly recommend Mike and Precision Garage Door Service. We have had excellent results every time we have used Precision.

Your tech was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained my issues that were not critical but were worn and tired. I'm sure this door has had little to no service since it was hung prior to me buying the house. A garage door is a blessing and a great thing to have, if it works. When it doesn't it can become something dangerous and can cause harm. Your tech showed me the issue with my door, I showed him one he missed, and we agreed to make my door safe and operatable. I thought his price was fair for what needed to be done. Your preprinted services and purchases are not complete.

Zeke did an excellent job on our repair. The original problem was to replace a broken spring. But, there were other factures that contributed the spring breaking. Zeke gave us a detailed list and cost of items he felt like we needed to solve future problems. We decided on what we wanted and he had all the parts on the truck. Great job Zeke. We will definitely call Precision again if we need help on our garage doors. Thanks a bunch

Precision did great work at my previous home, so when my new house had an issue with the overhead door, I knew exactly who to call. Eric The Technician was professional and friendly. Not only did he offer me a variety of options for how to repair the door long term, he fixed it so it worked again with what he had in his truck. Really great service call!

I am very happy with the professional and thorough assessment done and work completed to resolve my door issues. I was able to obtain a same day appointment, really needed in this instance. Andrew was the technician, and is very knowledgeable and personable. All points of deterioration/failure on the door and opener were shown to me. Then I was given the choice to repair or replace the opener and chose to replace it, in large part because Andrew had several different systems at different price points from which to choose on his van. All work (and there was a lot) was completed in about 3 hours. It’s like having a brand new door! I am thrilled…thank you! This asks me to select the service provided but there were several--a new opener (which has multiple parts to it), new spring, new brackets and new rollers.

Great service and very personable representative - and a very good choice to represent your company - along with the younger person who was being mentored. He explained things so that I understood what the problem was and what effect it would have on the life of the unit. Presented two options to solve the problem and gave me the choice.
