We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. Very professional and very polite will use them again.

We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite. I’m not sure where to begin! I called first thing this morning to have someone come look at my daughter’s garage door. I decided to try to get this fixed after her water heater went out and flooded the basement last night! When it rains, it pours! Choosing to find the positive in this chapter of life! Kevin called and was there within 45 minutes! He called me and went over everything in detail. We opted to fix the spring only at this time. The door is now working and we have a garage door fixer! I told him we would request him if there’s a next time. He said we can but that anyone at Precision Door would do a great job! That says a lot to me that someone would speak so highly of their company! I’m not sure what kind of accolades/bonuses you give for exceptional service, but Kevin needs to be recognized! He took time to listen to our story and was very empathetic.
