On Saturday morning, my garage door spring broke. It’s a heavy door so my car was trapped. We got online and Googled garage door repair and your website came up. It was very easy to schedule online. I gave my information, got a confirmation through email and text and your service technician Kole, arrived on time on Monday morning. I scheduled with precision this morning because my garage door would not open. The motor made noise but did not actually open the garage. Tony arrive on time and even called when he got to the driveway so I could put my dog away. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Tony walked me through the problem and the parts that needed to be replaced. He did not pressure me, but gave recommendations when asked. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend precision for your garage repair needs!

First time customer and I was very impressed with the service that I received. Blake and Drew were very professional and showed me all of my options and said exactly what each of those options were. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive! Once I made my choice, they said what they were doing and going to do. Drew is very knowledgeable. They were done in a timely manner and both were extremely polite! I believe you have 2 very fine employees! I think they both deserve raises!!

Our technician Elliot was super friendly and helpful getting our door back in working order. After a thorough inspection, he provided several cost effective options with no pressure to upsell anything. After choosing the repair options, be set straight to work and finished the job while respecting my time. As stated earlier, Elliot was very friendly and courteous. After finishing the repairs he made sure to show me everything that he worked on. The door works just as new and it's even quieter with new parts.

Our technician was Anthony and he was outstanding. We explained the problems with our to garage doors, and he proceeded to troubleshoot the issues. He informed us of the problems he found and then he offered us several options to resolve our issues. We elected to replace our to aging garage door openers, and Anthony carefully explained the advantages of several choices we could make. We choose two different openers and Anthony set about installing the new openers. He also added reinforcement to one door that was starting to bend. After the installations were done, he set up the two openers in our garage, and the two number pads on the outside of the doors and programmed the two remote controls, and programmed our car to open the doors. He then installed an app on my iPhone and trained me how to use it to control the doors from anywhere. I could not have asked for anyone better than Anthony.

The phone staff were wonderful with me via Sorenson Video Relay Service, something I can't always count on and was pleased to experience and Mike is also wonderful. He serviced both garage doors even tho tenant's was the one not opening, after I decided with both doors having been installed the same day, likely my spring was going to go next. I also appreciated you tell us a little about the service tech coming to the appt. Nice personal touch!
