I had new garage doors installed last year by Garage Doors of Indy. They weren't working real well, so I called Precision Garage door. They came out and said they weren't adjusted right. They are working much better now.

We are extremely happy with the service that Precision Garage Door Service provided during their visit to our home. Our garage door was causing us a headache and Precision knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. I can't recommend Precision enough and am thankful that a friend referred them to us. Colin K. is a great technician! He was a good communicator, timely and efficient, and helped us fully understand what was going on with our garage door springs. I trust that we won't need to call Precision back out anytime soon, but if we had to, I feel confident that they would take care of us, and we would welcome Colin back anytime!

Drew & Marcus arrived on time and listened attentively to my concerns. They did a thorough examination of my door, motor, and all mechanical parts. Drew explained the options for repair and replacement of parts, with appropriate costs, that would make my 17-year-old door operational, efficient and reliable. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave an accurate assessment of time to complete. After the work was finished, Drew carefully went through a checklist of their work, how to register my new motor, and provided a detailed invoice.

Was not certain who to call for garage door repair. Searched the web and was impressed with the website and reviews for Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. Pleased with my interaction with rep when I called their number. By chance, I happened to see one of their TV commercials shortly after making my call. Ben H. called today telling me when he would arrive and he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection, recommended and explained the repairs along with the prices and left the final decision with me. Ben was courteous and did a fabulous job with the repairs. Highly satisfied and will recommend this company and Ben.

Joey did an excellent job for us today. He arrived early to take a look at our garage door spring. He gave a through explanation regarding the problem and was able to replace the springs at a reasonable price. I appreciate his professionalism and we even got to chat a little bit about baseball! Great work by the Precision team. We have used them a couple times and come away very pleased.

Blayke was our technician and he did a very thorough job of pointing out the various repairs we needed on the door, and giving us options on how to proceed. He ended up adding a few parts without cost just because he found they were needed, which was very nice. Perhaps not the least expensive outfit in town, but they certainly do a good job. My garage door got quite the tune-up, which should delay the need for future work quite a bit.

One of our garage door springs snapped yesterday afternoon. I saw a coupon for Precision in a mailer, so I called. They weren't able to get anybody to my house until almost 24 hours later. The service tech, Orlando, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. But rather than just repair the spring, he tried to upsell me on a bunch of other improvements. I don't blame him personally, as I imagine this is company policy. But a $350 coupon was turning into quotes of $970 (cheapest) to $1700 (longest lasting). All of this for a garage door that is only 8 years old! He agreed to email me the quotes so I could look them over, and only perform the originally-requested spring replacement for the time being. He did a fine job, so this review is in no way meant to reflect poorly on Orlando. But I do not appreciate companies that try to take advantage of folks whose cars are stuck in the garage, by attempting to convince them to pay hundreds (or a thousand dollars) more for improvements that are not necessary. I got a second opinion from another company, and they agreed that there was no need to do more than replace the springs. So while "upselling" seems to be a common business practice, I am happy to see that not every company relies on it.
