The team led by Vladimir was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. I have an 8½-year-old garage door and had never done any maintenance on it. Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.

Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.
