The sales & install teams were outstanding. The whole process went smoothly - from design & quotation to purchase & installation. Analisa Gonzalez was very communicative & did a great job throughout the process. Martin D. (install) ensured that the installation went perfectly.

I called for service on our residential garage door opener at almost 5 PM yesterday. They had someone out to fix it at 8:30. It’s a very old system and Dakota explained our options and we decided to go with a brand new even better quality, genie opener. Very pleased with your quick response Bill

Well I feel so fortunate that after contacting Precision Garage Door Service yesterday they sent out the most knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, caring, and friendly service technician that I’ve ever been associated with!!! He was an absolute pleasure just talking with him as he continued to install a new Genie garage door opener today!! To top that off Joey’s manager knew that I’m on disability and on a fixed income so he agreed with me to let me pay when I get my disability check next month!! So all I can say is they are top notch people to work with!! Thanks again Joey!!

Brandon was our technician, and we were pleased with his attention to detail. He explained our problem with our garage door and let us know what it would take to solve our multiple issues. We had used Precision before and were pleased with that initial experience, so we called again. I also noticed several neighbors in the area were also using Precision, so that is "always" a good sign. Yes, we will use Precision Garage Door again if needed !

Our garage door quit working over the weekend. It was easy to make an appointment first thing on Monday for later that same morning. The technician, Joey, arrived promptly and did a great job evaluating the issue and then replacing the broken parts in a very timely manner. Happy to now have newly working garage door in a very quick period of time.

Eric was awesome. Extremely personable and easy to work with. Also, he didn't try to nickel and dime us for what we wanted. It was an easy conversation, not a sales pitch. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone. Especially those who are looking for a great price!

I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made a very extensive review of the garage door, even though there no problems that I was aware of. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching. I picked your company because I was impressed with the tv commercial you have and I am glad that I called.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had. He called and wanted to show up early (but I was still at work, and didn't expect it based on other "service guys" time quotes). I would highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

I was not sure if anyone could have fixed my mess up. It was fabulous that you got there working a few hours of my call and fixed my garage door within an hour. More work will be done later for a final fix, but my door Is working and I’m so grateful.

I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door stopped working. I thought it was the spring, but Jeff and Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue — my 14-year-old motor had failed completely, and they showed me the broken pieces. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail, walked me through my options, and let me make the best decision for my family without any pressure. They also identified some additional issues (worn bearings, aging spring) and helped me understand what needed attention. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean. I'm very happy with the new motor, belt system, and spring they installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Jeff and Brandon. These guys know their stuff and genuinely care about doing the job right!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Austin!!! Sincerely, JoeM
