We have used Precision Garage Door Service a couple of times over the past 13 years for repairs on our garage door. They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We recently had a new garage door installed by Mike G. As expected, he did an outstanding job, was very engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door. These people are true professionals. It's very rare these days to find a service organization that has their act together from start to finish. Thank you, Mike for doing a great job!

The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. I highly recommend Teddy and the staff at Precision for any garage door issues.

Service was outstanding!!! Work was scheduled to be done at the time I requested and was completed quickly. The technician (Ben) was professional and courteous. He reviewed and explained all options so I could get exactly what needed. This is the second time I have used Precision and could not be more impreszed. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!

Tony did a great job explaining everything in detail that needed to be done on my repair as well as future upgrades. Installation went smooth and very fast. We were VERY satisfied with Isaac. He gave us a phone call letting us know he was on his way. He arrived early in his time frame and got straight to work with my husband. He was able to fix the problem we had with both of our doors. He was very knowledgeable and capable to do a pristine job well done! He did everything as my husband wanted. The gentleman that came out and worked on my garage door was professional. He answered all my questions he did a wonderful job on fixing. The door put new cables and found out the Spring was bad for the new Spring on so I am really pleased on what he did and this summer I am going to call you guys to replace the motor and the rollers on my garage door. I also would like to gentlemen came out here today to come out here to replace the motor and the roller's thank you for all your help and I'll be calling you guys the summer thanks.

I called the Precision at Greenfield because I had always received great service when it was Garage Doors of Greenfield. The name may have changed but it is the same great service. Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.
