Had Mike out today to repair track on my Precision Garage doors purchased in June, 2013. What a fine GENTLEMAN you have working for you. I would hire him in a heartbeat. He explained what was wrong in detail---asked if I was now satisfied and asked to help get the company more referrals from my friends and neighbors. He asked if there was anything he could have done better. What an excellent employee you have in Mike. I will see if there are any other people around here that might need garage work done and will have them ask for Mike. We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Eric was prompt, explained the work and performed it in a timely manner: garage door overhaul. Initial problem was broken springs, he found and repaired other issues. It took about an hour. The only negative is the cost.

I first met you through a "big deal" from Angie's List last summer. In hindsight I wish I had gone ahead with your recommendations at that point! Instead, your guys had to come out in this awful arctic freeze - and my car was stuck out there, too. Josh and his trainee came out right on time, explained to me what the problem was and were able to fix everything within about 1.5 hours. I'm happy now, and so is my poor car - thanks so much!

Had spring break. Service was performed as promised. They were on time as promised and performed work on a late Sunday evening. We were able to use the door the next day to get to work without any delays. For this, we were very grateful.
