I chose Precision because you were listed on the Overhead Door website and had 24 hour answering service. My garage door broke at night. The answering service was very polite and promptly scheduled my repair in less than 24 hours. I had immediate email confirmation. The technician called before arriving. He was very professional. He demonstrated to me how everything works and showed me the worn and broken parts. He repaired everything and made sure I had no questions before he left. I am very happy with Precision and am happy to recommend you to anyone who needs garage door repair.

Very good experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The technician was supposed to be at my house between 4:00-6:00 and he got there at 4:15. He explained everything very well and had everything fixed in no time. Great job!!!

Aaron was very polite, professional & patient. He gave a courtesy call to inform he was on his way & arrived within the time frame he had mentioned. He was very knowledgeable of the product(s) & sincere with his input. He answered every question we had and was respectful of us, as customers, and also of our home. One of the things that stood out about his personality was how easy going he is & how he was willing to take a minute of his time to carry a conversation with our two little kids. That in itself speaks volume of who he is as a person and also how he's able to relate well with customers... He is the one we will be requesting anytime we need help.
