Tech was very friendly, I knew right away I could trust him; not only if my wife was home alone, but in my home by himself as I picked up our daughter from school. Mike explained what he was doing, allowed me to make my own choices for my circumstance. At the end, he explained what all was completed and did the whole project in a timely manner.

Precision got my business because of how polite they were on the phone in comparison with other garage repair companies around Indianapolis. They hit the grounding running with an immediate and free estimate and from there it was an easy choice moving forward with them. Troy installed a great door that even closes much quieter than the door before it. I will be recommending people call Precision first.

Precision replaced two garage doors for me and the finished product was excellent. The old doors were about five years past their life expectancy and the new doors were matched perfectly to our house paint and look and sound much better than what we had. Since we also upgraded to an insulated door, I'm hopeful that we will notice a difference when the weather turns cold. Great job by Josh and Eric!

I needed to have the garage door spring replaced. Vicki took my call today and explained what services could be provided and the pricing. She was very professional and easy to talk to on the phone. Eric called ahead and said he could come out 2 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment to repair the spring. He educated me on the components of the door and how they all work. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He is great with customer rapport. I had an excellent experience with Precision and would absolutely recommend them.

Josh was a great service provider. He was professional, intelligent and knew what he was doing. Although the time he came I had a bunch of commotion going on, he was courteous and patient. You guys are a quality organization BECAUSE of employees like Josh. Although being a service provider myself I know that we are obligated to up-sell the call. Josh did work it a little but if I had not believed that I needed what he recommended to me, I would NOT have had him install the sealed rollers. I am happy with the install and my door sounds like a new door.

Precision scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door on less than 24 hours notice. The technician arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the repair quickly, and demonstrated the use of the new system. I am 100% satisfied.

Troy was a gentleman. He told me that I needed new springs. He did not tell me that I needed a whole new Liftmaster unit. He said that my unit was manufactured in 2001. He said that the springs were weak and could break soon. My neighbors have had to recently replace the springs of their garage door openers. These homes were built the same year. So I decided to have Troy do the recommended work. I am surprised that there is no guarantee for the spring that was replace. ?????
