Jeff was on time and very friendly. He pointed out what was needing repair and gave me a few choices on what he could do to fix the problem. After I made my choice on what I wanted done he immediately went to work and had the garage door working like new in a very short amount of time. On Saturday my garage door spring broke. I had a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday morning that I have been waiting for 6 months and if I had to cancel it would have been another 6-12 months before I could get rescheduled. My daughter called Precision because she had the same thing happen to her door in December. She thought the service was so great that she wanted me to have the same experience. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday and I was relieved that I was going to be able to make my appointment. It turned out that a technician could come out the same day which was even better. It was almost 9pm when the job was completed. As an elderly person, I was so impressed and grateful that I received such amazing service.

We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Had Mike out today to repair track on my Precision Garage doors purchased in June, 2013. What a fine GENTLEMAN you have working for you. I would hire him in a heartbeat.
