We have an older home and Precision has done work on our garage door before and every time they are excellent. The most recent technician was Corey and he was fantastic. While he was working on our door he was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being at our home. Every time I call Precision I know that the service is going to be right and the technician is going to be on time and knowledgeable.

I had a competitor out to service my door and they told me that I needed a complete new opener. I called them twice to come out to give me an estimate and they never responded. I called Precision and they came right out. I read Jeff's bio on and it was exactly spot on! He looked at what is not a typical installation at my residence and jumped right in with no complaints. I had done some research on the internet and discovered that there is a kit to fix what was wrong with my opener and he had one on the truck and promptly installed it, put on a new door gasket and made sure everything was operating properly. He is a fantastic technician and Precision is definitely reccommended!
