I was a little shocked by the price to complete the repair as I didn't realize the Springs I needed were heavy duty, but getting the additional knowledge helps with future maintenance items to consider.

Eric came 15 minutes before he was to be here. I called at 4:45 pm and he was here at 5:45 pm. He saved us the cost of a new door. He replaced the springs BUT also found the bearings were bad and the door opener was also in need of repair. Thanks to Eric being on top of things, we would of had another service call and more damage to the door and opener. Good job Eric. I would call Eric again.
