Hi Al, I am very sorry we were late to your home that day. It actually was a problem caused my staff in the office. After reviewing all the details I see you were booked as a 9-11 however ended up on the schedule from 11-1. That is why Josh wouldn't have given you a call to let you know he was late. The initial customer service rep was informed and friendly and scheduled me at 10pm for the next day. Mike (technician) did a great job educating me on the door springs and other parts necessary to ensure a long-term fix since we plan on being in our home for many years. Mike was not only knowledgeable but appeared honest going over several scenarios in which the problem could be solved at different costs. I spent more than I planned as I originally thought we would.

I had called around before deciding. Talked with one of your reps and he helped me make up my mind. Talked with my husband and he wanted to go the cheap route. What the rep had said stuck in my mind and I decided to go with you. Corey explained the in's and out's about my garage door. It worked that day, but the next day it was down again. Had to recall and you returned made a few adjustments and so far it works well. The service was excellent. I shall call back for installation of the springs. Service technician's were great and informative. You are now my go to guys. Thanks
