The tech/installer, Travis - I believe and apologize to the actual person if the name is wrong - was tremendous. My comments, however, as to his work is not wrong. He,with poise and skill of a trained professional, diligently assessed the problem and tenaciously accomplished the task. I feel it would have been easy for him to have said it cannot be fixed and the only alternative will be to replace one or two panels for $XXX.00. Someone of less integrity might have done just that. I commend him and management for having an employee of this caliber.

After checking out other local garage door companies , Precision sent out one of their Technician by the name of Eric. Called us 45 mins before our schedule appointment to advised he was on his way, arrived way before the expected time. Perfect. He checked out our garage door observed more then a broken spring, advised us what all needs to be replaced , agreed with the service and now, our garage door is quiet, smooth and the service . I would recommend this company to any and everyone .

My suggestion would be to let the customer know, when they call the possible upgrades that come with a service call. When I call, it would be nice to know what possible add-ons ($) come with teh replacement of a spring. It all comes down to $. From 220 to $600? Corey was awesome.
