My experience with Precision was great! The customer service was A-1. No additional charge for a Sunday emergency service call was the selling point for me, and I even got to use a coupon! I will be sure to refer Precision to others who may need garage repairs.

We were told that a serviceman would be here between 1 and three. I got an E-mail saying 1 - 2:00. At 3:25 I called and asked if there was a problem. Later, Mike called and apologized and said he was running late but would be there soon. When he arrived, I greeted him and told him that it was satisfactory for him to complete each job just as I would expect him to complete our job. He was very competent and polite. He did the job to our satisfaction. We could not have been more pleased with him, his attitude, his skills, and his service. If the office people were as efficient, you have a great company. Ryan showed up promptly when he said he would be there and gave me some very useful information regarding my garage door and opener. Things that I would never have known otherwise. This will help me make future decisions about replacing springs and rollers. As it turned out, my problem was not the opener but rather a circuit breaker that went offline during a thunderstorm. Ryan was able to pinpoint that for me. Thanks for the great service.

Had complete replacement of springs, rollers, cables and bearing for garage door. Service tech was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and why. While the repair was very expensive I got a lifetime warranty on all the parts that were replaced. I would have liked to have had a lower price and maybe a 10 or 15 year warranty since at my age a lifetime warranty isn't a bargain.
