Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired spring, gear, etc, need for replacement, showed me the evidence of damage which suppoted his diagnoses, had all needed parts on his truck for immediate repair.In about one hour the repair was finished and proper functioning demonstrated to me. Good job!

I believe we were very fortunate in our choice of using Precision Garage doors. My only complaint is I thought the door would be installed within a couple of days. I was shocked when told it would be three weeks before installation. Otherwise everything went great, the door is in, works great , the staff was very good and new what the were doing. Overall I good experience.
