The service was done in a timely basis but there was confusion on the price quoted by the technician for a re-build. The final bill was higher that what I had agreed to. I called and the owner explained the charges but when 2 people are giving consent both people need to be made aware of ANY changes to avoid confusion.

First, I was amazed that $20 came off the amount quoted for a service call just because I had a sticker with your service on my garage door from before. Second, I was amazed that the work done was covered under a warranty so I only paid for a service call.

The opener needed replacement because of a power surge during a thunder storm. The Liftmaster belt drive opener we chose to replace with is quiet and the lifetime warrantee was a selling point. The technician did a good job and was finished with the whole job in little more than one hour. I would recommend Precision to neighbors.
