Very impressed and appreciative. Garage door went up for me this morning but wouldn’t come down. I tried everything. Precision had fabulous ratings so I reached out. They sent guys out this afternoon (Eric I think). He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to offer me options at varied price ranges. Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. I went online, scheduled the appointment for 8-10am the next day (Monday) and Josh showed up on time and installed our new springs. It was that easy, but it didn't stop there. We've needed a new garage door opener unit/motor for the past few years, as our old one was near end of life after 15 years of use. Josh showed me the options, of which he had all in the truck, and installed our new motor - all under 1 hour. It's the most quite opener I've ever heard (or can barely hear I should say). Precision not only lived up to expectations, but exceeded them in service, professionalism, clean-up after installation, and value.

Technician arrived within two hours of my request for help. He inspected my garage door and determined quickly that there was no damage to any of the mechanisms, after a “bump” from my car’s trunk. He will return tomorrow to repair the door seal. He lubricated the cables on the door. He was professional and communicated well.

From beginning to end Precision Garage Doors made having our garage door fixed as easy as possible. From broken door to fixed in less than 24 hours. Scheduling was easy and well after “business hours”. I received a time window of service and was notified when the technician was on his way. Andrew was amazing! He was professional, kind and explained every part of the door system and how they worked together. He explained what needed to be replaced to get the door working and made another suggestion based on aging parts but never pressured us to pay for more than what we needed. He helped program the new motor to our cars as well as help set up the app. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend every time!

Then I watched through the camera in my garage and he was able to show me what parts were damaged. His willingness to communicate and show me what he was talking about through the camera was amazing. I had some repairs made to both overhead doors and fancy new opener installed on each door. The two guys are both very professional, we chatted for a minute and decided what I wanted to do.
