Our technician was Drew and he was awesome. He walked through everything he was going to do and then walked me through the job once he was done. He spent the day reworking existing door hardware on six doors and installed two new openers on two doors. Wouldn’t think of contacting another company after working with Drew!

Precision was recommended by a former employee of one of your competitors. He stated that Precision was "hands down" the best & most reliable company in the field. I called on Saturday morning in need of a garage door opener replacement. By noon, Jeff was at the property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and didn't try to "upsell". It was extremely hot, but he worked right through it and had the opener replaced, door sealer installed and even replaced 3 hinges that were cracked on the door itself. Cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the job Precision and Jeff did for us. I will not go with any other garage door company, based on the job that was done this past weekend. Thanks Again!

He did this on a day when it was well above 90 degrees with a high heat index, completed the service efficiently and made sure the work area was clean of debris. I highly recommend Precision!!

I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!

Our garage door would not always close. I called Precision , explained the problem and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing the next day. Josh was the technician. He listened to our concerns, examined both garage doors, was able diagnose the problem. He explained everything to us, reviewed the plan and cost to fix the problem! I chose Precision by mistake. I had another company in mind but when I clocked Precison came up. I was impressed by their website and the ease of scheduling so I stuck with them. Brock came the next day on time as scheduled and could not have been more professional and competent. He fixed my immediate problem and gave me an estimate for an overhaul of my three sixty year old doors. I will certainly consider giving them more business.
