I booked my own appointment online for same day service. I was called back promptly and a repairman showed up during my 2 hour window as promised. He was polite and professional. Broken opener was replaced pretty quick. He also oiled both existing doors to help eliminate future problems.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and went over my options. In less than two hours problem fixed and I was very satisfied.
