My Garage Door Technician was Brandon. He did an AMAZING job on replacing the rollers and adjusting my garage door. He was VERY professional, caring and courteous about how he treated me, and also about how he performed his job. I would personally ask for Brandon to come and work on my garage door (if needed) anytime! It’s not everyday you get a guy like him! 10 stars for this very professional young man!

Request was for maintenance service of my garage door as well as for repairing/replacing keyless opener. I was pleased that Precision was the company I chose for this service. That decision was made for these reasons: A satisfied customer had recommended them to me. I was able to book service online from their website. They provide service to the county I live in. They honor advertising coupons. And arrive when scheduled with truck fully stocked for parts that may be needed. I was pleased in every way with going with this company. I would like to add the Service Tech Marquis E. represents the company well.

My technician, Ty, did a great job of walking me through the repairs needed as well as the results of his inspection of my garage door system. I was confident of the repairs needed and never felt like I was pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. Knowledgeable and polite customer service is always a plus and a reason I choose my vendors.

Kevin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He replaced my outdoor entry pad and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. He then blew out the whole garage with his leaf blower. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I seriously didn't realize how bad our garage doors were working until Eric G had assessed and suggested a variety of options to solve the problem. The difference between "before" and "after" is truly unbelievable. I would give 6 stars if I could... a fantastic experience from start to finish, and my family couldn't be more pleased with the end result!

Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. I've had some work done by Precision Doors years ago, and I'm glad I called them back. They took good care of us.
