We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. He made it easy for us to make an informed decision to have our springs and drums replaced as our originals installed by Pulte were fairly limited in their abilities and had seemingly ran out of usability. Brandon was really easy to talk to, not condescending at all with what we didn't know, and just an overall great person to deal with. Thanks guys!

Zeke came out today to repair my garage door after I inadvertently backed into it. He was very professional, kept me informed while he was troubleshooting and very honest. My garage door is old and will need to be replaced within the next six months, that I was well aware of before the service call. That being said, he did not pressure me to purchase a new door today and was able to fix temporarily until I'm able to purchase a new door. He also gave he a couple quotes of doors, for when I'm ready to purchase. His professionalism and honesty will most assuredly have me purchase from Precision when I'm ready. Thank you for the great service today Zeke. Precision - you have a good one there, but I'm sure you already know that.

Vladimir was personable, efficient and very helpful. He diagnosed the issue, presented several options for repair and worked with me to get to an amount I was comfortable paying for the service.
