He did this on a day when it was well above 90 degrees with a high heat index, completed the service efficiently and made sure the work area was clean of debris. I highly recommend Precision!!

I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!

Our garage door would not always close. I called Precision , explained the problem and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing the next day. Josh was the technician. He listened to our concerns, examined both garage doors, was able diagnose the problem. He explained everything to us, reviewed the plan and cost to fix the problem! We gave him the go ahead and he was able to tune up and fix both garage doors. Thanks Josh!

I chose Precision by mistake. I had another company in mind but when I clocked Precison came up. I was impressed by their website and the ease of scheduling so I stuck with them. Brock came the next day on time as scheduled and could not have been more professional and competent. He fixed my immediate problem and gave me an estimate for an overhaul of my three sixty year old doors. I will certainly consider giving them more business.

Recommended by several friends. Crew was on time, explained issues with the installation of hardware, and resulting current and future problems. I was given several options on how to fix broken 2 door garage opener and the additional single garage door opener. all springs were replaced as well has hardware that holds up the springs and the garage door opener. The rollers were origian plasitc ones so all rollers replaced. the crew were good communicators and also cleaned up nicely
