We have utilized folks several times over the years for different service needs. Your techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a direct salesperson for over 40+ years and have been providing compressed air equipment solutions for almost 20 years. I expect and appreciate the same good service I deliver throughout the state of Indiana. your Precision techs knock it out of the park every time. If only ALL contractors delivered the same quality! If I was responsible for hiring techs for the company I represent, I would hire every tech that I have encountered with your company. Hope you are paying them well, or someone will steal them away. Good people are hard to find.

I was very pleased with the work Precision Door did in repairing my garage door. The technician, Kalu, arrived on time, did a careful inspection of the door, and presented me with various options, from just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other parts too that were extremely worn. We have used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were great so we called them again when our garage door opener wasn’t working right. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. I’ve been a customer for 5 years, ever since the installation of a new garage door opener and all the trimmings, with the exception of the actual door. I never call anyone else because Precision has always been very accommodating. The technicians who have serviced the door are knowledgeable, courteous and don’t slack off. I had the pleasure of meeting Cole P he was the tech guy working on my garage door he wasvery pleasant. He explained everything to me before we started. The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. I highly recommend Teddy and the staff at Precision for any garage door issues.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!
