Tony D was out a year ago to replace a busted spring on one of our three garage doors and did an excellent job. He returned this time to replace a busted belt and rail on another door and provided the same level of superior service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service because of our previous excellent experience with them, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. After moving to a new home, we unexpectedly needed emergency service on our garage door. They arrived in less than two hours and quickly fixed the issue. The technician was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what was wrong, what was needed for the immediate repair, and what we might consider updating in the future—without any pressure or hard sales pitch. We were very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and efficient garage door repair.

We are so happy with the service. We didn’t know what was wrong with our opener, but Isaac showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue, installed a new opener and got us all set up. He (and the company as a whole) was very accommodating. Thanks!

Eric and Dakota came to our townhome this morning and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, both of our garage door openers needed to be replaced. Eric put together a proposal that met our needs and our budget, and he also recommended some much needed maintenance on the doors themselves. The entire experience was top-notch. I have used Precision before and have never been disappointed.

I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

My garage door was making a funny click-click-click sound when opening and closing. Kevin U came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem. As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. Precision Garage Door Service was the original vendor when I purchased the garage door and opener. I trust the quality of the product and their service.
