Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

Zeke was here to fix a roller that fell off the garage door. I knew the motor was original to my 25 year old house, and I was not surprised when he told me it needed to be replaced, soon. He gave me four quotes and fully explained the options for each one. I made my choice and he installed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the new motor, the price, and especially the helpful and professional service I received from Zeke. I highly recommend this business.

I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Nick was friendly and showed me my options to get the job done. Thanks Nick! Thanks Precision!

My daughter hit the garage door and knocked it off the track. Our cars were stuck inside since the door was only about half way up. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. They gave me options for how to fix it and got all the repairs done the same day. Josh was so patient and gave me all the information needed to make the best decision. He made sure to answer all my questions and walked me through how to set up the new controls and explained how everything should work. He also took the time to help me better understand the maintenance that can be done to make sure I don’t have more of the same issues. Really appreciated the friendly customer service from everyone I talked to, including the texts updating me in the techs arrival. I had seen an ad just last week about the company. I liked that they advertised that they had everything needed right on their truck to do most repairs. I also liked that they had a location in Fishers.

Key Pad went bad. Your company replaced about three years ago. Upon further inspection the replaced key pad was bad and needed replacing. After furthur inspection it was noted that Cables. Bearings and Springs also needed replacement. After $1.600 I was told that I'm good as new but possibilities motor could go soon? Happy New Year!

We are a repeat customer with Precision. Our technicians, Joey and Brock, exceeded our expectations. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms so it was easy to understand the various options we had. Our main issue was a broken spring, but many other parts on the door were making the door work harder than it needed to. Joey and Brock provided a few options for us and we chose the one we felt would work best for us at this time. We appreciated being offered multiple options instead of just one....e.g., replace the entire door. (The service performed and products purchased were multiple ones - we were only able to choose one each on this form.) We trust Precision to be honest and provide good service. In our case, it was exceptional....and on New Year's Day on top of that! Thank you so much to Joey and Brock.

I've used Precision Door Service for several years now. Their technicians are always straight forward on what to expect and how best to solve problems so they don't repeat themselves. Elliott found the problem, showed me the part, and also walked through a quick inspection of my garage door. We found a few other issues that I hadn't expected but needed addressed. He completed the work fairly quickly and went over what was done plus he reviewed warranty information with me. Then cleaned up after everything was done. Truly professional.

I called because of your commercials. Got a nice text beforehand with Josh’s info. Josh was awesome. Super nice guy. He explained the issues and all of my options. Installed a new opener, remote and exterior key pad. Programmed everything and explained that process very well. After the work was completed, he cleaned up everything. I’m super impressed that Precision was able to come out so quickly and the install was also quicker than I thought. Will be calling Precision again for any possible future issues (my other opener is old as well). 5 stars!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they serviced Lawrence and they could come within 4 hours. They sent Issac who exceeded all of our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and detected the problem right away. He gave us service option and different price points to meets our needs. He was very helpful and genuine. In the end he was able to show me how to care for the garage door in the future. I would definitely call to have him back to work on the garage door in the future.
