Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. I've had some work done by Precision Doors years ago, and I'm glad I called them back. They took good care of us.

Ben was great and changed out our keypad. He also gave us an inspection with quality feedback on what to watch and fix in the future. We did surge protectors on the Lifts at his recommendation, because we think a power surge was the issue with the keypad, and I wanted to help protect the new door openers from a couple years ago. We have had four Techs from Precision and they have all been on time, great to work with and very professional.

I chose Precision randomly looking for a garage door service, in hopes of an affordable replacement, and no pressured sales. Eric and Brandon arrived and after a quick look at the problem, I let them be. After they reviewed the damage to my door, Eric asked if I wanted to fix it, or replace it. I hadn't even thought that repair would be an option. Eric and Brandon repaired the damage that I had accidentally caused, and had even a lower total than I was quoted. Very impressed with the entire experience.

I never look through the REACH magazine and pitched it when it arrived in the mail on Saturday. Sunday morning our rental house's garage door broke and I pulled out the magazine to search for coupons. I found the ad and was thrilled they say they can come out sometimes same day and you could schedule an appointment on Sunday. Gave them a call, a delightful gal took my information and got us scheduled Monday morning. Issac was wonderful, told us all the issues we had with this 30 year old garage door, gave us options, then went to work. Issac took care of our situation and we are happy with the prices.

Our spring on our garage door broke and we contacted Precision Garage. Tony D came out and walked us thru what we needed and gave us a few options. He was very knowledgeable and solved our problem. Tony told us about a few things the door needed due to being an older door. The garage door is working so well and is super quiet now. Good price, customer service and company. I will be telling my neighbors and friends about the great service. If I could give Tony 10 stars, I would!!!
