Joel is just an amazing repair man! He installed the door opener a few years back and today fixed the garage door due to some guy hitting our house and garage! Please make sure he is compensated for such a great job!

Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. Joey fixed our broken keypad and left us in good shape!!

My garage door springs had broken and I gave Precision Garage Door a call and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Cole P. Was my technician and he did a great job. He showed me all the options for getting the garage door working again and was professional and helpful answering any questions I had. I decided what I wanted done and he got to work right away and got everything installed in a timely manner. If I have any garage door issues in the future I will definitely be calling them again.

Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. He even helped me change my garage overhead light bulb since I have had knee replacements. I am unable to get on a ladder. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

Excellent response from Precision - scheduled me first appt. the next day after my call and the "tech" that came out was very efficient and during inspection showed me that I should consider some further repair on springs & cables. I concurred with his evaluation and he completed the job in about 1.5 hours. Very satisfied with the service and the skill of the "tech" on site.

Precision installed a new garage door and Lift Master Opener for my husband and I in 2012 and I've called them for service to that system in the past, with excellent results. I’ve been a precision customer for years - we were having problems with our garage door, closing on an inconsistent basis, so called Precision. RD J was our technician- he was able to identify the problem quickly and was very through and showing me via pictures and video as well as explaining what the issues were. I appreciated him showing me the components and the options for replacing them. He was able to fix everything while he was here. Our new system is very quiet and smoothly operating. Excellent service- highly satisfied.

Garage door broke of course on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak to a real person and she talked me through disabling it so it would stay shut overnight. She also set me up with an appointment for the next day. The service tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it up and now it’s working just fine. Pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

Matt J did a fantastic job replacing my garage door opener along with everything that went with it. It was below freezing outside and he took his time and made sure everything was done right. He even took the time afterwards to help set up the key pad and connect my phone to the internet. Will definitely use Precision in the future!!
