I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. My Garage Door Technician was Brandon. He did an AMAZING job on replacing the rollers and adjusting my garage door. He was VERY professional, caring and courteous about how he treated me, and also about how he performed his job. I would personally ask for Brandon to come and work on my garage door (if needed) anytime! It’s not everyday you get a guy like him! 10 stars for this very professional young man!

Kevin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He replaced my outdoor entry pad and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. He then blew out the whole garage with his leaf blower. I couldn’t be more pleased.
