Nobody likes to have things break but I was impressed with Precision from beginning to end. Spring broke on a Sunday but I was happy I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. Our technician was really friendly and professional. Pricing and repair options were very clear with no pressure. I’m giving Joey 5 stars even though he was a few hours late due to another job. However, I think he sincerely apologized. After he completed he completed his inspection of my job he did thoroughly explained what was going on with my garage door and what needed to be done to fix the problem. After I agreed to the best path for me regarding the garage door, he did what I feel like is a good job and eliminated any worries that I had of the door breaking on top of my car or me even worse. I’m completely satisfied with the job that he did and I would recommend him to anyone else.

I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++
