My garage door broke and was unsecured. Precision was able to respond quickly and carefully accessed entire system and was able to fix problem quickly at a reasonable cost. Owen was my Technician and he was so very friendly, kind, patient, trustworthy and thorough. If I have issues down the road I plan to call Precision again for my garage door needs.

Owen was excellent and very professional. He came one hour early 3pm before scheduled 4-7 time frame. He was here to repaired wall mount but he noticed Chamberlain system that was over 10 years old and getting old. So he replaced it with Liftmaster system and he asked me about keypad outside of the garage door which I had thought about it. He gave me best options for good price and along with keypad. Thanks Owen for great customer service.

Came out to leave for work and the garage door spring was broke. Called and Owen was able to come out that morning. Arrived and got down to business, explaining all my options for the repair. I had good things about you and, researching your website and other referrals, I decided to try you for installation of our two car and additional single car garage doors and one motor for the two car door.
