I recently had Precision out to look at our garage opener. They were very responsible and arrived the same day as called. I called them from an advertisement in the paper. Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.
