After having been woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by my garage door going up on its own, I was happy to install a new opener. Precision Overhead Door quickly setup an appointment on the phone for the same day and the technician arrived on time. Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.
