Vladimir did a great job assessing our problem and making recommendations on options for repairing our garage door. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job in the installation. He offered options without pressuring a choice and even went beyond what I considered necessary to make sure that our garage door was well taken care of. My only question is that I haven't received receipt for my payment yet. Vladimir said he was going to send a detailed receipt via email. As of 4-14-22 I haven't received it.

My garage door remote wasn't working, but I also needed some general maintenance on one of the garage doors. Vladimir E. was the technician, and he did a fantastic job. He repaired my remote and explained the necessary maintenance needed. He gave me a quote for the job and did the necessary work in a timely manner. The repair cost had gone up quite a bit from the last time I had work done, but that was understandable considering global inflation.

Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.

Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. Thanks to him and your Company for the quick service.

I give five stars to Precision Doors. Once I submitted an online request for a service quote, I was contacted immediately to schedule a visit. My technician showed up on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he honored my request to stay within a certain budget and gave me 3 options to replace my old garage door opener and install a keypad. My technician was Vladmir and he answered all my questions with clear and precise answers. By the way, the new unit is SO much more quiet than my old opener. Due to Vladmir taking the time to explain my options , I chose a unit that has 2 chains instead of one chain and a pully. I'm very happy I chose to call Precision. I learned alot about garage door openers from Vladmir. He is a wonderful employee. I really appreciate that he kept my options simple and easy to understand.

The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly. I had a broken spring causing the door to only partially open. The tech put a quote together to make repairs and added several other items to the bid. I just went with what was needed at that time. I felt the quote was very high at over $900 and found out the quote was for a stronger spring than what I previously had. I did not realize there were options. I went back out and the tech said he thought I wanted the stronger spring because I said the door was used a lot. He did agree to change the spring back to a standard spring with no problem. He also helped me with reprogramming a couple of remotes that only took a couple of minutes. I still felt $637 for a spring and a cable that took less than an hour to repair was way too much. I paid less than $1,000 5 years ago to have the entire door replaced. I looked up the average cost to have these items replaced and the typical cost is between $300-$500. The door is working fine so my only complaint is the high cost. I would not recommend Precision due to this factor and this is the reason for the 3 stars.
