Our opener gave out after 35 years.... God rest its enduring soul!! Needed a new opener, and hinges had rusted and were replaced. Vladimir was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He got the job done and cleaned up well afterward. Would highly recommend Precision AND Vladimir!!

Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

We found Precision at the home show last night. We told the guy there our issues and he said he could have a guy out today (Sunday) for no additional charge. Vladimir came out to assess the problems and gave us 3 separate options for repairs. We went with the middle of the road option, but it still came with a 7 year warranty! He did the repairs same day and everything was all said and done within 2 hours. I’m not sure how to compare pricing, but it seemed fair to us. I would definitely recommend Precision.
