I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++

Thank you for your service. This was my second time using Precisions and was not happy that I had to call this soon for another repair. Thank you for sending me a knowledgeable, professional and courteous technician - Tony D. He reviewed my problem and explained the issue with clarity. He offered me discounts with his recommendations which allowed me to have the job completed. My garage door is in good shape now. He is a 5-star technician. Thank you again.

Our 29-year-old garage door opener began to falter and the remotes could not be programmed. Andrew helped to diagnose a faulty circuit board on the old opener and recommended a replacement. He offered several choices and was not pushy when I chose the least expensive. He had the new opener, along with a new track and chain, new remotes, and a new outside keypad all installed and working in a short time. Excellent service.
