Precision Door is the best hands down. My technician Ryan arrived within 30 minutes of booking an appointment. He installed a brand new door opener and easily walked me through the entire process of setting up the app and remote panel. I highly recommend!!

I was very pleased that your company was able to come the same day that I called for service. Our main spring had broken trapping our cars in the garage. The Precision Team, Eric and Brandon were knowledgeable and efficient and gave us total confidence in their abilities. We received an impressive, detailed text when they were on their way. Also, the service call was made the day after we called to request service. It is so nice to deal with professionals who really know what they are doing and know their business. Precision is very lucky to have Eric and Brandon on their team. Also, they were personable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. In addition, they made the repairs efficiently. If ever needed, we would definitely use Precision again, we highly recommend them!

We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

We were preferred to Precision by another customer. I’m glad we went with them. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time within the provided window and gave a call 15 minutes prior. He was extremely knowledgeable about the needed repairs and any future repairs we may run into. He was also very transparent with the pricing of everything and answered all of our questions. Will definitely only use Precision for all of our garage door needs from now on.

The Technician was very knowledgeable about the problem that I had with my garage door opener & after the thorough checking it out found that it was not fixable due to the age of my old opener so he was able to install a new Genie garage door opener in a relatively short amount of time & we appreciated his quick service & informative information he gave us about the new opener.

Used you for a prior repair where I was not satisfied with the work done with another Tech. You sent Drew to correct problems where I was satisfied with the outcome. Very polite and knowledgeable. He currently repaired my current garage door opener. He explained what the problem was and corrected it. Will request Drew if other problems occour!
