I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. The technician was informative and educational and provided me with various options and levels of price and I chose to replace it now rather than wait until it totally died during the winter. I have always been extremely happy with thier customer service and price every time I have used Precision.

Ryan L. was my technician and I can't say enough how professional, courteous and product knowledge base he was. Excellent job by Ryan L.! He patiently listened to me describe all the issues with my garage doors and openers. He thoroughly inspected everything and provided me a detailed list of issues with cost-base alternative solutions for each. Once Ryan L. was finished, he walked me through all the repairs and operation of the doors. I chose Precision based on the BBB rating, training the technicians receive per Precision's website, and how the technician arrives with the tools and materials to make repairs during the same visit.

The tech, Ryan, arrived 1- 1 1/2 hrs after I called for service, within 10 -20 min of the earliest estimated window and finished the job within his estimated window. He showed me the part of the old garage door opener which had failed and could not be fixed because of its age. He showed and explained to me the various replacement options without pressure for a particular one, answering my question along the way. He also identified and fixed developing problems with the garage door. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and Ryan (hopefully all the techs are as good as he is)!

We are really happy with the new keypad outside our garage door. My wife has been asking for this for a while and RJ did a great job installing it. He also did a full inspection and lubrication of our garage door to make sure everything was working properly. RJ is a guy with a future.
