What a great experience it was to work with Tony D and Precision Garage Door. My insurance agent recommended Precision Garage Door after our garage door opener set on fire. As Tony evaluated the damage, we discussed my household’s garage door usage in order to find the opener best suited to our needs. Tony’s knowledge, skills, and experience positively influenced my choice. While he worked, Tony carefully explained what he was doing, and answered my questions courteously. Tony D was prompt, professional, hard working, and efficient from the first phone call. Very pleased with the great service. Patrick, the technician, gave a very accurate description of what needed or should be replaced. From the time he arrived until he completed the work was just under two hours. He replaced springs, rollers, bearings and the opener light. All the needed parts were on his truck. His estimated costs were very accurate and had no “surprises” on the final invoice. Patrick was very friendly and personable and represents his company very well. Precision had installed a new opener just about a year ago that suddenly wasn't working. Jeff diagnosed the problem in about 20 min - the opener had 'forgotten' it's settings during a recent power failure. At the same time he installed a battery back-up that will allow door function in the event of another power failure. Service was scheduled within 2 days of the request and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Awesome company.

I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.
