I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.

Great Service ! I had an emergency garage door repair and Precision was able to fit me at a late notice. Ryan, the repair tech, was even able to get to my home before the scheduled time. Eric did a great job informing me of the door and spring system installed in our home. We discussed replacement options and were comfortable with our choice after discussing it with him. Installation was very fast. Door works better than new. The original spring system was inadequate for our door.
