Call precision door about a garage door that would not close. Dispatch said someone would be out between four and seven, asked if there was anything earlier. Said she would get back with me call back said someone would be here in an hour. 15 minutes later, Isaac showed up. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, resolve the issueand the door is working again definitely fantastic service and sales associate. Highly recommend precision and thank you Isaac.

Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Service tech came out and did the best he could to resolve the gaps found under the garage door when it’s closed. He replaced part and went the extra mile to try to seal the door. He gave recommendations on door upgrades to consider and even adjusted the motor so more force would be applied when closing the door. The tech was amazing and I would highly recommend this company. Terrific customer experience!!

Elliott and Matt came out same day and replaced my dead garage door opener, they also found several things I didn’t know about that could have caused its demise. I would. Call them again if I needed door repair but they fixed all the little things and my door is very quiet and smooth! Very Happy with them.

It was late Friday night when our garage door jumped the tracks, resulting in a skewed door and some ruined hardware. I called Precision hoping to get a recording that would tell me if they're even open on Saturday, but instead I got a real person (a very courteous one at that) who not only told me they're open on Saturday, but who also set up an appointment for that day! After the service tech, Josh, arrived and assessed the situation, he carefully explained to me what had likely caused the problem and what needed to be done. He then presented me with equipment options and told me the differences in quality and cost. Then, after I had made my choices, he put in all together into a detailed quote. To be honest, I was a bit surprised at how much it was going to cost, but Josh's professional and personal touch helped me feel confident that I was making a good choice. Also, he had all the necessary parts in his truck, so not too long afterwards he completed the work, and my door was operating smoother and quite than it has in years. In short, I would have no problem calling Precision again if I ever need to have the door serviced again. But I'm hoping that won't be for a long time!

Outstanding in ALL areas! We had service completed 2-years ago to replace the garage door, tracks, etc and had the best experience. 2024 we relocated to a newly built home in Knightstown. Terrible grinding noise persisted w/opening/closing & ultimately the overhead door would not close. Our builder attempted to repair but unable to obtain parts. Approaching the holiday wknd w/o garage access, we contacted Precision & scheduled a next day appt! The advanced bio of the technician was a great safety measure, thank you! Eric displayed a professional appearance, extremely knowledgeable & interesting to chat with about his travels, various interests! He had to go back to the shop for an extended length “18’ bar” and quickly returned & completed the job. Very impressed with Precision Door & will highly recommend! Much appreciated, thx again!!

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

Hello! We called Overhead Door Precision Garage Door Service after hours one evening. Our garage door opener was not working properly; it was smoking, gurgling and the door would not go all the way up or down! We were able to make an appointment for the next morning, 8am-10am window. We received a text with our technician's name and a little about him that morning. Teddy showed up and listened to what was going on. He took a look at our opener in total (motor, springs, sensors, track, etc.) He took apart the motor to see what was going on with it. Teddy presented us with the issues (springs and opener) and then with some options. We discussed an insulated door as well, and he was able to give us pricing for that too. Teddy gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do. Once we made a decision, Teddy got right to work and did a fantastic job. Once everything was installed, he explained the opener, how it worked, the new features it had (Wi-Fi, battery back-up, etc.) and let us know about the warranty, what maintenance would help extend the life of the opener, and he finished up by lubricating the opener and door and cleaning up. Teddy took me through the invoice and the required signatures, and explained the pricing, what was taxed, etc. He let me know that I would receive an email copy of the invoice, along with the quotes for the insulated doors, in case we wanted to pursue that at a later time. We have had Precision Door out several times over the life of our opener and they have always done a wonderful job! This experience solidifies our five-start rating! Thank you Teddy!
