the old garage door opener was failing and it was time to be replaced. I called for a service tech who came the next day and brought everything needed to install a new opener and new rollers. The door works great and is much quieter than the old one. I am very happy with the work done by Andrew Dixon. A very quick fix is always appreciated.

I called Precision this morning to report that my garage door would not operate. It moved about 3 inches when I pushed the button but that was it. I was familiar with Precision because I had used their services about a year ago for a similar problem. I was given a window of arrival but received a call later, that a technician was available to come earlier. I no sooner hung up from that call when their technician Martin called to be sure I was available and that he was just 7 minutes away. Upon his arrival, I explained to Martin the problem I was having and he immediately addressed the issue and had my door operational in a matter of minutes! I can't say enough about Precision's technicians and the friendly and professional manner in which they handle these situations. I can't imagine why anyone would call another company. Kudos to Precision Door Service for all they do. They are the best!!

I had my entire garage door and track and electrical replaced. The technician Tim Whitlow was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough safety checklist on my door and operating systems and he explained everything to me in detail. He gave me lots of options of doors and colors to pick from. And himself, and the company was able to deal with my insurance in a fast and practical manner and give my insurance all the documentation that they needed. I highly highly recommend. My garage door wouldn’t close. It had opened earlier, but wouldn’t close. I called Precision because they could come right out. Pat F. arrived just as Precision as texted me earlier. Pat easily diagnosed the problem. He identified my garage door had been hit and knocked a pin out of alignment (the guilty party confessed). As part of the $88 Service Call & 22 point Tuneup, he fixed it and my door sounds quieter and smoother than it has in years. Pat nicely wrote me up a good maintenance plan on replacing moving parts to keep the opener from working so hard. Folks keep up on an annual Tuneup! I never had before, but I will now!

Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call. He explained in detail the work and parts needed and allowed me to decide on the work needed and the parts to be replaced. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT
