I was a repeat customer but had a terrible experience from loosing my new remote to damaging my brand new $800 bike, my garage left in total mess and the weather strip is not on straight. Did I mention it took 6 hours for a one car garage to be installed. Also. The door was supposed to match my neighbors and it’s not. I’m totally unhappy with my experience.

Wonderful service and Brandon explained all charges and offerings. He is a great representative of your company-friendly and very efficient. 1. NO 2. NO 3. OK 4. NO Told me my 2 yr. old door was not made any more and wanted to upsell a new door and wanted over $5,000.00 for a new door opener Charged $188.00 for nothing. Will not ever call them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Found Precision online with good star ratings. Checked BBB and they are A+ rating. They came out same day when my garage door spring snapped. Andrew is Extremely nice and personable. Gave me all the facts on all items that were in poor condition and went over all the costs of the choices.
