I called Precision about 4:55 on Friday night. Didn't expect to get any service until Monday, but I was scheduled for Sat. between 12-3. The service man was early and did an excellent job. He was new his job and was efficient and friendly. Thank you Precision.

We had a broken garage door and we called Precision Overhead Garage Door Services! Our technician was amazing!! Polite, courteous, professional and just s nice guy!! His name was Eli. He showed us our options and he never pressured us. We choose to have everything done that he advised! I would highly recommend this Company and this service tech, Eli !! Had a major incident with our garage door around midnight. Precision Door Service dispatched someone very quickly that too on a Saturday. Ryan, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our door issues. He gave a variety of options. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Because of his professionalism & honesty - we ended up choosing the 10-yr plan. Pricing was clear & was presented well in advance to make an informed decision. He asked if he could do anything else. Great service. No issues. Amazing company with super talented folks!. Thank you.

Eli should get recognized for his talents and for giving superior customer service. Our garage door repaired involved many issues to be resolved. Please see my google review. We would like to replace our door in the future. We do understand the shortages of products and the inflated costs associated with the shortages.

I am a widow, and chose Precision because they didn't try to sell me anything. They quoted 1 price, and even the technician didn't try to sell me. Others I spoke with took advantage of my lack of knowledge to try to sell me more than I needed! The technician was amazing and kind. Great service!
