My experience with everyone, which was 4 different individuals, was awesome! From the very begining scheduling a free estimate to installation. The team was professional, responsive, and provided great customer service! I especially loved the texts that gave more about each team member we encountered! Such a nice personal touch. My technician Teddy, called to see if I was available and to inform me of his expected arrival. He called once he arrived in front of my house, he was on time, friendly, outgoing and we had an great conversation during the repairs being made. Very informative and efficient at his job. I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.

Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. Based on a recommendation from our next door neighbor we selected Precision Overhead Door. We can’t say enough about the promptness of response. With a few clicks of the mouse we had booked an appointment time that was perfect for us. A confirmation was immediately sent to us and a reminder the day prior to a visit. An hour before the appointment time we received a text with a complete bio of the service representative, Austin. Austin looked over our door situation and asked us several questions. Austin then proceeded to create a detailed proposal, sat down with us and explained every item and option. Two days from now we are scheduled for a door replacement including, at our request, replacement of the door opener. We found the price to be very fair and Austin did his very best to give us every available discount. We are looking forward to the installation and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door.

I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min. He was friendly, considerate, kind, explained what he was doing. The price was fair. I would recommend Nick and Precision with no hesitation.

Came out same day as my request. Tony D. got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time on a very hot day. Communication was clear and questions were answered. 10/10 would recommend this service. I had to call PGD back due to a new issue I had with my door after service. They were quick to send someone out the following day. Royal arrived on time and quickly helped diagnose the issue. Come to find out, a certain component had been installed incorrectly (back in 2014) and this was causing the issue with my door when it was raised. The issue had nothing to do with the previous tech. Royal re-installed the trouble piece the correct way and the issue has been resolved. I'm very thankful he came out to assist with this issue on a Saturday.

Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.
