Eli was prompt and did a good job. My issue is he wanted to charge us $1,600 to replace several things. I found that a little suspicious bc our friend had just had your company come out to fix his garage door spring and the tech told him the exact same thing and quoted $1,600 also. Seemed a little odd that both of us needed the EXACT same package. It was also odd bc he told me the spring had been replaced 4 times- but we didn’t use you before, so not sure where he came up with four times….. But nonetheless, he was on time, courteous and did a good job for the repair. So no issues with Eli…. But I think your business model is a little shady. Also, if I had a way to email you directly I would done that rather than through this site.

When we bought our house in 2019, the first investment we made was with garage door openers. We bought three (3) new ones. From our first impression of the sales engineer to our two (2) service calls that we have had for preventive maintenance, we have been very happy. Teddy came out today and was excellent. From his demeanor to his knowledge to the efficiency with which he worked. We will surely recommend any peer to use Precision Door. Precision was the 3rd one we called, but are the first one we saw with an aligned value system to our own. We are glad that we were patient.

Joel listened to my problem. He offered a solution that saved my door from further deteriation. He was very knowledgeable and replaced my out of date brackets so that my new seal would fit all the way to the end. My garage door sounded smooth and quiet on after the repair. It operated with "Precision".

My problem, double door had a loud grinding noise on opening and closing was 90% resolved. After replacement of almost all parts, except for door, frame, and opener, opening and closing is still noisy. Representative Andrew was very courteous, professional , and helpful.

I chose Precision initially because of the 5-star rating. The technician, RJ de Paz, arrived in a timely fashion. We discussed what I was wanting. He performed a safety check, then explained exactly what he had found. I appreciated the choices that he gave me, and he allowed me to make the decisions without pressure. He told me the length of time the job would require. After the work was completed, he talked me through the new components and made sure he answered all of my questions. I would certainly recommend Precision.

She shows me how I can now check my garage door with the app. He is very patient and made sure all my questions were answered!
