Having dealt with many servicemen in my 78 years, Drew Thatcher was the very best. His personality shows through with the delivery of information needed to make a decision. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable of all facets of service to a garage door opener. He also looks you right in the eyes when delivering all information. I was very impressed, not only with Drew, but with the those who answered the phone, and setting up my needs in a timely matter. I was very impressed with the Precision Overhead Garage Company.

Owen was polite and considerate in trying to figure out why my door wouldn't close. Murphys Lae: the door worked fine after he arrived. Must have been the leftover gremlins from Halloween. I sincerely appreciate all the help provided.

Always see your commercials and actually at one time considered applying for a job there years ago. Today Ryan came and did a garage door service and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used Precision Door years before. The experience then was good, so I called again. Fortunately, nothing major needed to be done. Austin, (my technician) was very pleasant, easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable, explained to me what the issue was and the solution to address it. He didn't talk down to me or try to sell me a new door or equipment I don't need. When completed, he followed up with asking me if there was anything else he could do. I'd recommend him/Precision Door again. (We have our HOA meeting in a few weeks. They are always asking us to let them know if we have a good experience with service providers. I have one to give them now.) Austin seemed like a nice guy. I'll bet he's an even nicer guy outside of work.

Pat came out on time, was clean, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him as your Tech for repairs. Also, we decided to go ahead and order a new door from him while he was here, and he was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us with that as well. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend Precision for your repair needs. I'll write a review about my new door after it gets installed.

My garage door would not open on Thursday, I didn’t know what to do? I looked online and saw Precision, so many great reviews I knew I had to try them out. I went on their website and booked through the online booking Sunday, they had a spot for the next morning! Scott M. came out and carefully inspected my door, he then told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix! After we spoke about that he then went to work and completed the job in no time! Now my garage door opens and closes perfectly, and it is whisper quiet! My Model opener is 2028. The opto wheel was bad. The Teck replace the wheel and the unit is know working as it should!! For anyone who has this model opener to me this looks like it may be a on going problem? The new park looks like the old part when it comes to thickness of the part? The old part was cracked. Precision is 5 star in my book!!
