I was very pleased with the young man ( I thought his name was Joel) who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He was personable and friendly even while being very professional. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it and then he did. This was our second experience with Precision and we were very pleased with both.

I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. Joel, you should be very proud of the way that Mike represents your company. I shouldn’t need your services for a while but when I do I would like for you to make a note on my records that I would like to have Mike come to my assistance. Thank you very much, Dan Hansman
