We’d been having problems with our outside keypad for a while and also noticed that the garage door motor, which was old, was making too much noise. Thought it might be time for a replacement and upgrade. And that’s what we did. Brandon was our service tech and he was great. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything and patiently took us through all the steps, answering any questions we had. From beginning to end it was a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic service by Elliot S! From the start to job completion, Precision offered quick and professional service. I even called on a Saturday morning and Elliot was at my house within a couple of hours. He was thorough in his work and explained everything very well, including my various options. He was patient and answered all my questions...was obviously not in a rush to move on to the next job like so many other contractors. I was overwhelmed by the amazing service we received. I called and was given a service time on the same day. Then the technician called within minutes to say he’d just finished a job in my neighborhood and could be to my home within 5 minutes. Drew T couldn’t have been a better representative of a company. Kind. Pulled my empty trash to the garage as he came up the driveway. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our door working again within 30 minutes. Our garage door spring failed at about 9 AM and Precision had our door repaired and operable by 2 PM the same day. Contacted a competitor before Precision. Was informed that repairs could not be performed until the next, but possibly could be done on an overtime basis that evening. Thanks for great response Precision. The service technician (Cole) was excellent. Professional and extremely cautious around our vehicles in a very crowded garage. Impressed with your company and employees.

Joel was great! I saw the Precision truck in our neighborhood. He was at a neighbor's house across the street . (Precision had put in a new garage door motor in my garage over a year ago and they did an excellent job.) Joel made several adjustments to the garage door. He also replaced the garage door seal on the bottom of the garage door. Great job!
