Precision apparently doesn't service my unit, and just recommends replacing it when there are issues. They found the manual online and tried and adjustment, which didn't work. tNext time just ask what the garage unit is to save everyone the trouble.

My garage door is 12 years old, and it was squeaking and rattling more than it had at first. I called Precision to come out and take a look, contemplating a tune-up. Josh explained that the bearings in the rollers were worn and there was a slight alignment issue with the cable. He gave me a summary of options, including leaving things "as is" because the door was working. No sales pressure. I chose to have some parts replaced. Josh made the repairs in under an hour (which impressed me) and the door runs smoothly and quietly now. It was a professional and satisfying experience.

I had heard about your Service through my neighbor. I made appointment on line and called to confirm the next morning. The receptionist advised me of an earlier time if I wanted it and I accepted. Andrew showed up on time and let me know when he would be there prior with a phone call. He figured out my unique problem and advised me of all the options and costs. It was a big job for him to do but he was up to the tasks and went "Above and Beyond" to get my door up and running smoothly. I would definitely use Andrew again.
