Drew T performed the repairs! This is the second time we have used this company (2 different homes) and will always use them in the future! Very knowledgeable, professional and approachable! Drew was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to repair the system! He gave me all options and never tried to pressure me! As a woman who had to deal with repairs while my husband was out of town both times, I would give this company an exceptional review and recommend them to everyone! Had a coupon which is why I chose Precision. Coupon was of no use. Was quite disturbed that what I thought would cost around $400 ended up costing almost $1400. Technician was trained, truck was marked.

My Technicians, Kevin And Brock, Were On Time As Well As Courteous, Friendly, And Did An Absolutely Excellent Job... I Have A 30 Year Old Garage Door And The Quotes They Offered Depended On How Extravagant The Amount Of Work I Wanted To Have Done, And What Was The Right Fit For My Budget... All Three Quotes Were Well Explained With A "No Pressure" Attitude... The Final Price Was Reasonable, Fair, And Very Competitive... My Garage Door Works Better Than It Has In Over 15 Years...
